Delivery

Free UK delivery through The Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ service which is the most secure form of next day delivery and needs to be signed for.

Reduced fee for International Deliveries of £7 (full cost £12)

Deliveries are made using ‘International Tracked and Signed’ where the item is tracked from departure to destination needing a signature on delivery. It takes 3-5 working days for a European delivery and 5-7 working days for worldwide deliveries.

Ordering Time

Modern Collection

These pieces are made to order and so please allow a minimum of two weeks before they can be posted. Occasionally the item is in stock and can be delivered with 2-3 days.

Modern-Vintage Limited Edition

These pieces are made to order but take less time to make, so please allow one week before posting , unless the item is in stock in which case it is 2-3 days.

When an order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to you, and another email will be sent on the day of posting.

Terms of Postage

International Postage

Import duties, sales taxes or any other import costs incurred at point of entry to the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Gift Vouchers

-Postal Gift Vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class post or by International Airmail. Delivery cost £2.

-Online Gift Vouchers are valid for online purchases only and not at public events.

-Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against purchasing further gift vouchers.

-Gift vouchers are redeemable on items of the same or higher value.

-All gift vouchers are valid for a year from date of purchase.

Packaging

The jewellery will be packaged in the branded velvet pouches and Anne Bowes Jewellery signature boxes. They will be sent in secure padded plain envelopes.

We want your pieces to arrive in perfect condition!

Liability

We are not liable for any damage incurred to goods during transit or for non-delivery of an item. Please ensure the address provided can guarantee a recipient for the goods on arrival and a signature to release the goods. Once the goods have been delivered to you they are then held at customer’s own risk and we cannot be held accountable for their loss or destruction.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Any item ordered can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days.

All returned items must be carefully repackaged in the original packaging and in the same condition they were sent, and must be unworn. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been worn, are not in their original packaging or show signs of rough treatment. In this case the goods will be returned to the customer at their own cost.

If an item is being returned for a refund or an exchange the postal costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that use the same service as we do, the “Special Delivery’ so that the goods are signed for and insured.

Anne Bowes Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit.

Any manufacturing fault will be carefully considered for possible refund and or repair within 6 months of purchase.

Any original postage costs or import taxes (International Deliveries) cannot be refunded. If a customs declaration form is required for International Returning items please be careful to mark the package as ‘Returned Item’ to ensure no additional customs fees are incurred.

Anne Bowes Jewellery will refund the postage costs if the item is sent in error or is faulty upon receipt, providing notice is given within 7 days of receipt of goods.

To arrange a return please email annebowes@annebowesjewellery.com quoting the product number and the reason for return or exchange.

Any purchases that are made at private events are not refundable except in the case of a manufacturing fault occurring within 6 months of purchase.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift but would like to exchange it please contact us and we will happily arrange this.

All the previously mentioned conditions and exemptions still apply to returned gifts ie this return or exchange must be made with 14 days of delivery of item unless otherwise arranged between Anne Bowes Jewellery and the original customer.

Return Exemptions

The following cannot be refunded or exchanged:

-Bespoke commissioned pieces

-Pieces of jewellery customized to suit customer’s requirements may not be exchanged or returned.

-Earrings due to reasons of hygiene

Please Note

Refunds will be issued within 15 days of Anne Bowes Jewellery receiving your return and credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.

DELAYS

If your delivery has been delayed please contact us by email and we will provide you with a tracking number for your package to be tracked in the Royal Mail.

If the item is tracked as ‘delivered‘ but has not been received you can check the signature of the individual who has signed by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail website. We do not refund or replace items that have been tracked as delivered.
